Responsibilities
- Install, terminate, and test Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A, and fiber optic cabling
- Perform cable routing, dressing, labeling, and documentation according to industry standards
- Install network racks, cabinets, patch panels, cable trays, and conduits
- Conduct cable testing and certification using appropriate testing tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve cabling and connectivity issues
- Read and interpret network diagrams, floor plans, and technical drawings
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
- Maintain accurate records of cabling installations and modifications
- Support network equipment installations, including switches, routers, and wireless access points
- Coordinate with network engineers and project teams during deployments and upgrades
Requirements
- Diploma or ITI in Electronics, Telecommunications, Networking, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in structured cabling installations
- Knowledge of copper and fiber optic cabling standards
- Experience with cable termination, splicing, and testing tools
- Familiarity with TIA/EIA cabling standards
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces when required
- Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled Network Cabling Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair structured cabling systems for data, voice, and network infrastructure.
- The ideal candidate will have experience with copper and fiber optic cabling, cable testing, termination, and network infrastructure deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, terminate, and test Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A, and fiber optic cabling.
- Perform cable routing, dressing, labeling, and documentation according to industry standards.
- Install network racks, cabinets, patch panels, cable trays, and conduits.
- Conduct cable testing and certification using appropriate testing tools.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Skills
- Experience with data center cabling projects.
- Fiber optic certification or structured cabling certification.
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN infrastructure.
- Experience with CCTV, access control, and low voltage systems is an advantage.
Working Conditions
- Field based work at customer sites, offices, and data centers.
- May require travel and occasional after hours support.
- Ability to lift and carry networking equipment and cabling materials.
Pay
- AED2,000.00 AED2,500.00 per month
