About the Role
Ceenex Global LLC is seeking a Senior CCIE Engineer to provide L3/L4 troubleshooting, incident management, and network/security support for a major bank in Dubai. Requires CCIE certification and experience with vendor coordination and project/operations support.

Responsibilities
- Provide L3/L4 level troubleshooting
- Handle incidents, severity, and RCA
- Coordinate with principal vendors and lead incidents as senior resource
- Support project and operation teams for network and security issues
- Represent as GBM Support Team and support DIB Infra
- Perform Quarterly Health Check and present monthly meetings
- Prepare upgrade proposals and work on weekend upgrades
Requirements
- CCIE Certification
- Advanced L3/L4 troubleshooting skills
- Experience handling incidents, severity, and RCA
- Ability to work on weekends for upgrade activities
