- Specialized in delivering enterprise grade cloud transformation, Azure IaaS/PaaS, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Entra ID, and hybrid environments for identity and modern infrastructure solutions.

- Azure Architecture & Deployment: Proficient in deploying and managing Azure IaaS/PaaS services including Azure Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Load Balancers, Azure App Services. Experienced with Infrastructure as a Code (IAC) using Terraform.

- Messaging and Collaboration: Exchange On Premises, Exchange Online, Hybrid Exchange, Google Cloud Email/Gmail, Dual Delivery, Split Delivery, Secure Email Gateway, MS Teams, Skype for Business.
- Migration & Cloud Enablement: Led multiple migrations from on prem to Azure and M365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and file server workloads.
- Modern Device & Endpoint Management: Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager), configuration profiles, compliance policies, Windows Autopilot, MDM/MAM for Windows, iOS, and Android platforms.
- IT Service Management: ITIL Process Implementation System Center Service Manager, Manage Engine Service Desk Plus, Manage Engine Service Desk MSP, Jira Service Manager, Asset Manager, CMDB.
- Migrations & Infrastructure Essentials: Active Directory Migration, Email Migration, Teams Migration, Self service, Modernization with automation, DNS, DHCP, VPN RRAS, Integrations.
