About the Role
Ceenex Global LLC is seeking an IT Coordinator with strong project management and communication skills to provide first-line technical support, maintain IT infrastructure, and coordinate with vendors.

Responsibilities
- Provide first line technical support to users for hardware, software, and network related issues
- Monitor and maintain computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT related purchases and support
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications
- Ensure timely backups, data protection, and recovery procedures
- Maintain IT inventory and asset records (laptops, printers, licenses, etc.)
- Assist in implementing IT policies, procedures, and security standards
- Support new technology roll outs and upgrades
- Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity and system performance issues
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure IT systems meet operational needs
- Assist with user training and documentation of IT processes

- Bachelor's Degree
