- Inspect raw materials, in process fabric/yarn, and finished goods for quality compliance (QC Technician)
Requirements
- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years experience in manufacturing (Mechanical Technician)
- Diploma/ITI in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years experience in continuous process manufacturing (Electrical Technician)
- Hands on experience operating extrusion machinery in polymer, plastics, or textile manufacturing (Extrusion Operator)
- Diploma/degree in Textile Engineering, Quality Control, or related field with 4+ years QC experience in textile manufacturing (QC Technician)

Mechanical Technician Requirements
- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years experience in manufacturing or plant environment (Textiles/plastics preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical/engineering drawings, schematics, and technical manuals
Electrical Technician Requirements
- Diploma/ITI in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years experience, ideally in continuous process manufacturing
- Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams, circuit schematics, and control panel layouts
Extrusion Operator Requirements
- Prior hands on experience operating extrusion machinery in polymer, plastics, or textile manufacturing
QC Technician Requirements
- Diploma/degree in Textile Engineering, Quality Control, or related field with 4+ years QC experience in textile, carpet, geotextile, or woven fabric manufacturing
Mechanical Technician Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on production machinery, gearboxes, bearings, pumps, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical faults on extrusion lines and auxiliary equipment to minimize downtime
- Carry out routine inspections, alignments, and lubrication schedules
Electrical Technician Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical panels, motors, PLCs, sensors, and control systems on production lines
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults quickly to reduce production interruptions
- Perform scheduled electrical maintenance and safety checks in line with plant standards
- Support automation and instrumentation upgrades
Extrusion Operator Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor extrusion lines (tape/yarn/film extrusion) to ensure consistent product quality and output
- Set and adjust process parameters (temperature, speed, tension) as per production standards
- Conduct in process quality checks and report deviations promptly
- Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with maintenance teams for technical issues
QC Technician Responsibilities
- Inspect raw materials, in process fabric/yarn, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality specifications
- Conduct physical and visual testing on woven, non woven, and extruded textile products (e.g., tensile strength, weight/GSM, dimensions, weave consistency)
- Identify and document defects, and coordinate with production and extrusion teams to address root causes
- Maintain quality inspection records, test reports, and batch traceability documentation
- Support compliance with internal QMS procedures and customer/industry quality standards
