About The Role
We are looking for an
Accounts Payable Accountant
to own the full invoice-to-payment cycle.
You will be a key player in maintaining accurate ledgers, building vendor relationships, and ensuring we pay correctly—on time, every time. 🎯
What you’ll do:
✅ Process high-volume invoices
✅ Code invoices to correct GL accounts and cost centers
✅ Prepare and execute weekly check runs, ACH, and wire transfers
✅ Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies quickly
✅ Manage the AP aging report and assist with month-end closing (accruals, prepaids)
✅ Collaborate with procurement and receiving teams to resolve holds
Qualifications
🔹 Bachelor’s Degree – Finance
🔹 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
🔹 ERP experience required (Infor)
🔹 Strong Excel skills
🔹 High integrity and ability to handle sensitive payment data
🔹 Excellent vendor communication skills
