- Support employee on boarding and off boarding processes

- Assist in preparing HR letters, certificates, and employee documents

- Assist with HR documentation, filing, and record keeping
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR related requests and inquiries
- Support HR compliance and administrative activities
- Assist with other HR operations tasks as assigned

- Saudi National
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Eligible for Tamheer Program (not registered in Tamheer or Employment GOSI in last 6 months)
- Good English communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Resident of Jeddah

Role Overview
- We are seeking a motivated HR Operations Specialist Trainee to join our Human Resources team through the Tamheer Program.
- The trainee will gain practical experience in HR operations, employee records management, HR systems, on boarding processes, and general HR administration while supporting daily HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support employee on boarding and off boarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in preparing HR letters, certificates, and employee documents.
- Support attendance, leave, and employee data management activities.
- Assist with HR documentation, filing, and record keeping.

Who Can Apply
- Saudi Nationals with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Eligible for the Tamheer Program (Must not be registered in the Tamheer or Employment GOSI program in the last 6 months)
- Good English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Resident of Jeddah.
