- Support employee on boarding and off boarding processes
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in preparing HR letters, certificates, and employee documents
- Support attendance, leave, and employee data management activities
- Assist with HR documentation, filing, and record keeping
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR related requests and inquiries
- Support HR compliance and administrative activities
- Assist with other HR operations tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Saudi Nationals with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Good English communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Resident of Jeddah
