Role & Responsibilities
✅ Ensure compliance with Saudi Civil Defence, MODON, and local regulations
✅ Lead machine safety initiatives (risk assessments, interlocks, guarding, LOTO)
✅ Investigate incidents and drive root cause analysis & corrective actions
✅ Build safety awareness programs and collaborate across Production, Maintenance, and Quality
✅ Conduct audits, inspections, and maintain safety KPIs
✅ Lead emergency preparedness & fire drills
Qualifications & Experience
🎓 Bachelor’s in Engineering or relevant
📜 NEBOSH / OSHA preferred + Saudi government safety certification
🏭 4–10 years in industrial safety (manufacturing or textile industry preferred)
🛠️ Strong machine safety, LOTO, risk assessment, and problem-solving skills
💡 Leadership, communication, and analytical mindset
