About the Role
Perform engine disassembly and assembly activities within Gate 3 and 4 operations of the Aviation and Aero Engine MRO division.
Support aviation safety standards and maintain a strong culture of quality, health, safety, and environment.
Work under the direction of a manager, senior supervisor, or supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Perform disassembly, assembly, and inspection tasks in compliance with technical and safety requirements.
- Demonstrate professionalism and integrity, encourage open communication, and raise safety or ethical concerns.
- Build technical capability through hands-on work and training and provide guidance to junior technicians.
- Prepare tools and resources, check task accuracy and quality compliance, and report issues.
Qualifications
- Hold an associate, vocational, or technical school degree in aviation, aeronautical engineering, MRO, or a related discipline.
- Hold D2 level authorization or an equivalent certification.
- Have at least two years of experience in the technical aviation or MRO industry.

- Proficiency in aero engine disassembly and assembly procedures.
- Strong IT skills relevant to engine maintenance operations.
- Commitment to quality and safety compliance.
