Human Resources Specialist

Role Purpose

HR Operations and Performance

• Execute employee lifecycle processes accurately and within established timelines.
• Provide routine HR support and maintain employee documentation, records, and audit readiness.
• Support goal setting, reviews, appraisals, calibration sessions, and performance follow-up.
• Escalate non-routine performance or employee matters to the HRBP or Senior HRBP.

Workforce and Employee Experience

• Track approved manpower requirements and coordinate recruitment requisitions, interviews, selection documents, and onboarding.
• Support engagement, wellbeing, retention, survey, and Voice of Employee initiatives.
• Monitor action plans and assist with employee activities, communications, and engagement campaigns.

Learning, Data, and Reporting

• Coordinate training programs, monitor learning completion, and maintain training records.
• Maintain accurate HR data in systems, databases, and trackers.
• Prepare reports on headcount, performance, engagement, and other HR metrics.
• Support basic HR data analysis and management reporting while preserving confidentiality.

Coordination and Improvement

• Coordinate with HR Centers of Excellence to implement HR programs and initiatives.
• Track assigned actions and follow up with stakeholders on completion.
• Identify operational issues and contribute suggestions to improve HR processes and service delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least five years of relevant HR experience.
• Experience supporting multiple HR processes or functional areas.
• Experience using HR systems and maintaining HR data and reports.
• Professional HR certification such as CIPD or SHRM-CP is preferred.
• Operational or industrial experience such as aviation, MRO, or engineering is preferred.
