Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 customer support ensuring timely resolution of operational and technical issues
- Develop strong working relationships with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels
- Provide technical guidance and operational support related to aircraft engines and services
- Monitor engine and system performance, proactively identify potential issues and support corrective actions
- Coordinate with engineering teams, technical specialists, service partners and airline representatives
- Support airline operational planning activities including fleet plans and shop visit planning
- Monitor warranties, guarantees, and airline operational trends
- Support introduction of new products and services and prepare customers for operational readiness
- Identify opportunities to expand products and services within customer operations
- Deliver high standards of customer service while ensuring compliance with Company standards and safety requirements
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical, Aviation Technology or related technical field
- Relevant experience within the aviation, aerospace or airline engineering industry
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, multi cultural and customer focused environment
- Willingness to travel regionally when required

Job Description
- Our team provides Operational Fleet and Service Delivery support for Rolls Royce Civil Engine customers within the Middle East, Africa and Central Asia region.
- We deliver the best jet engines in the world through intelligent innovation and a collaborative approach.
- Our product portfolio powers over 13,000 engines in service in the ME&A region.
What You’ll Do
- Provide 24/7 customer support ensuring timely resolution of operational and technical issues.
- Develop strong working relationships with all stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
- Provide technical guidance and operational support related to aircraft engines, products and associate services.
- Monitor engine and system performance, proactively identify potential issues and supporting corrective actions.
- Coordinate with engineering teams, technical specialists, service partners and airline representatives.
- Support airline operational planning activities including fleet plans, shop visit planning, and business forecast inputs.
- Monitor warranties, guarantees, and airline operational trends while escalating significant findings.
- Support the introduction of new products and services while preparing customers for operational readiness.
- Identify opportunities to expand product and services within customer operations.
- Deliver exceptional and high standards of customer service while ensuring compliance with Company standards.
Technical Requirements
- Strong technical aptitude and customer engagement capability within the Aviation or Engineering industry.
- Experience or knowledge in Powerplant engine systems and operations.
- Experience or knowledge in Aerospace, aviation or airline engineering support.
- Experience or knowledge in Technical customer support or field service engineering.
- Experience or knowledge in Engine performance monitoring and trouble shooting.
- Experience or knowledge in Airline technical performance monitoring and maintenance environments.
- Experience or knowledge in Aircraft maintenance planning or shop visit processes.
- Experience or knowledge in Mechanical, aerospace or electrical engineering practices.
- Experience or knowledge in Incident management and technical issue resolution.
- Experience or knowledge in Microsoft office and technical reporting tools.
- Experience or knowledge in Customer relationship management in a technical environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical, Aviation Technology or related technical field.
- Relevant experience within the aviation, aerospace or airline engineering industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, multi cultural and customer focused environment.
- Willingness to travel regionally when required.
