Position Overview
Mindstream is hiring 13 Technical Support Engineers for an onsite project in Qatar.
The project duration is 4 months and may be extended based on project requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma, bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant qualification.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT service desk, end-user computing, or technical support.
- Strong experience in onsite technical support and end-user computing.
- Experience resolving incidents and fulfilling service requests.
- Good knowledge of Windows and macOS.
Technical Skills
- Familiarity with ITSM tools, particularly SMAX.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VPNs, and remote support tools.
- Basic networking knowledge covering IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
- Strong hands-on hardware troubleshooting skills.
Communication and Work Authorization
- Excellent English communication and customer service skills.
- Valid authorization to work in Qatar throughout the deployment.
