Role Overview
Provide technical implementation, L2/L3 support, troubleshooting, integration, upgrades, and production support for Ascertia platforms.
Support enterprise and government customers using PKI, digital-signing, certificate, and digital-trust services.
Ascertia and SigningHub Support
- Provide end-to-end technical support for Ascertia ADSS Server, SigningHub, and WebRA.
- Support digital-signing workflows and related PKI services.
- Troubleshoot application, PKI, certificate, and digital-signing issues.
- Act as a technical escalation point and resolve L2/L3 incidents within agreed SLA timelines.
PKI Operations
- Manage certificate lifecycle operations across enterprise environments.
- Support Root CA and Issuing CA operations, including CRL and OCSP services.
- Troubleshoot X.509 certificate, SSL/TLS, trust-chain, OCSP, and CRL issues.
- Maintain secure and highly available PKI environments.
Integration and Cryptography
- Support integration with enterprise applications, identity providers, EJBCA, authentication services, and other external systems.
