About the Role
Emirates is seeking a Technical Services Engineer for Cabin Technical and Reconfigurations to provide fleet technical management and support for aircraft cabins.

Responsibilities
- Provide fleet technical management and continuing airworthiness management for cabin systems
- Evaluate manufacturers/regulatory authorities’ technical documents and update engineering documents
- Review in service data and implement actions to improve fleet reliability
- Deliver technical assistance in disruption scenarios including AOG and troubleshooting
- Carry out design organisational activities such as developing standard operating procedures
- Provide support for acquisition of new aircraft and end of lease activities
- Act as technical liaison with manufacturers and internal stakeholders
- Carry out project management for major modifications, retrofits, and cabin reconfigurations
Requirements
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in Aeronautical/Avionics/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- More than 10 years of experience in Engineering, Aeronautical
- Minimum of 8 years in Technical Services function, with at least 5 years on Emirates fleet type/aircraft systems
- Knowledge of latest technical developments and industry trends
- Excellent drafting/report writing skills
- Demonstrable experience in managing complex tasks and decision making

Job Purpose
- Fleet Technical Management at Emirates comprises five specialized teams. The Cabin team maintains passenger cabins, flight decks, and retrofits.
In This Role You Will
- Provide fleet technical management and continuing airworthiness support
