Responsibilities
- Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of project activities from technical product backlog to delivery
- Facilitate key ceremonies including backlog refinement, planning sessions, daily stand ups, and retrospectives
- Proactively identify and manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, removing impediments
- Define and maintain robust delivery processes, drive improvement initiatives, and implement best practices
- Manage suppliers effectively and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Partner with Technical Product Owners to refine and maintain the product backlog
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous learning, coaching the team towards autonomy and delivery excellence
Requirements
- Degree or Honours (12+3) or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in Information Technology and Project Delivery in a matrix organisation with global teams
- Experience in IT Infrastructure & Cloud transformation projects (platform automation, SDDC, ICT, network, cloud connectivity, private cloud)
- Proven leadership and project delivery experience in a matrix organisation with global teams
- Experience in Project Management within a small/medium technology change programme
- Well versed in software delivery tools (MS Office, JIRA, Confluence)
- Ability to communicate specialist information to all stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations across complex initiatives
- PMI ACP certification preferred

Job Purpose
- Emirates Group IT is looking for an IT Delivery Lead Infrastructure & Cloud to manage and develop high performing, cross functional teams for technical product implementation.
- Establish and maintain delivery standards while overseeing daily planning, coordination, and team engagement.
In This Role You Will

Qualifications
