Overview

  • Join our team in the UAE and lead the technical services and maintenance function across a unique conservation environment. We are looking for an experienced leader who can oversee infrastructure, facilities, equipment, fleet, maintenance operations, and technical projects while ensuring operational

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of technical services and maintenance activities across multiple sites.
  • Develop and implement preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance strategies for buildings, infrastructure, utilities, equipment, and fleet.
  • Manage infrastructure development projects, renovations, construction works, and technical installations from planning through completion.
  • Supervise contractors and service providers, ensuring quality, safety, timelines, and compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise and operational support for maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and new facility developments.
  • Ensure all facilities, equipment, and infrastructure are maintained in safe, reliable, and operational condition.
  • Develop maintenance procedures, technical standards, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead the management of vehicle fleet maintenance, workshops, utilities, landscaping, and waste management activities.
  • Prepare departmental budgets, manage procurement activities, monitor expenditures, and optimize operational costs.
  • Analyze maintenance performance through KPIs and reports, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, company policies, and quality standards across all technical operations.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary technical teams, supporting workforce planning, performance management, and capability development.

Requirements

  • Technical Degree, Diploma, or Trade Qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in technical services, facilities management, maintenance, or infrastructure operations.
  • Proven experience managing multidisciplinary maintenance teams across large or remote operational sites.
  • Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance planning, facilities management, infrastructure, utilities, fleet management, and construction projects.
  • Experience managing contractors, technical procurement, budgets, and maintenance KPIs.
  • Working knowledge of HSE regulations and maintenance best practices.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office; knowledge of CMMS, BMS, and/or SCADA systems is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem solving, and project management skills.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
