RENECO's mission is to implement a global conservation strategy aiming to restore and preserve the Houbara bustard populations of North Africa (

To achieve these goals, RENECO has developed a multidisciplinary approach within different centers in Morocco, Central Asia, and the Arabian Peninsula by combining fundamental and applied research.
To cope with the expansion of its activities and due to the development of new conservation projects, RENECO is opening new positions in Morocco and Kazakhstan, giving a unique opportunity to be part of an ambitious conservation program.
As part of our ongoing Oracle Fusion ERP implementation program, we are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Specialist to provide functional expertise, support business process optimization, and ensure alignment with Oracle best practices.
The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and technical teams to support the successful delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion solutions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Fusion modules and related business processes.
- Support solution design, configuration review, and implementation activities in line with business requirements and Oracle best practices.
- Collaborate with implementation partners, business users, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect resolution, and go-live activities.
- Deliver user training, knowledge transfer sessions, and adoption initiatives.
- Develop user guides, process documentation, and training materials.
- Provide post-go-live support and identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
- Analyze user feedback and recommend enhancements to maximize business value and system performance.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Oracle certifications are highly desirable, including Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Oracle Financials Cloud, Oracle Procurement Cloud, Oracle SCM Cloud, Oracle Project Management Cloud, or related certifications.
Professional Experience & Skills
- At least 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion.
- Proven experience in Oracle Fusion implementations.
- Experience working within large-scale, complex, and multinational organizations.
- Deep functional and technical expertise in Oracle application ERP (Finance), SCM (Procurement/Inventory), PPM (Projects), EPM (Budgeting and Consolidation)
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Security, Role Design, and Access Management.
- Experience in Workflow Configuration and business process automation.
- Strong reporting and analytics capabilities, including Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of data migration, data conversion, and system validation activities.
- Experience supporting testing strategies, defect management, and issue resolution throughout implementation and post-go-live phases.
- Familiarity with Oracle BI Publisher and reporting tools.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts is considered a strong advantage.
