Responsibilities
- Support design, development, and maintenance of cages, tunnels, and breeding infrastructure
- Manage cage and tunnel inventory, optimizing storage and resource utilization
- Train and support Heavy Logistics teams on technical and operational best practices
- Contribute to budget planning and efficient use of equipment and materials
- Develop and maintain operational procedures, technical documentation, and monitoring records
- Drive continuous improvements to enhance operational efficiency, infrastructure, and workflow
- Support innovation projects, tunnel greening initiatives, and pest control activities
- Standardize cage and tunnel designs across breeding centres
- Promote and ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards across all operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering or BTSA in Animal Production or related field
- Experience in technical operations, construction, infrastructure support, or heavy logistics
- Knowledge of construction methods, equipment, and Health & Safety standards
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
- Experience in inventory management and technical documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English

Mission
- RENECO implements a global conservation strategy to restore and preserve Houbara bustard populations.
- The role is a Junior Breeding Consultant – Heavy Logistics based in Sweihan, Abu Dhabi, supporting the Breeding Department.
Main Missions
- Support design, development, and maintenance of cages, tunnels, and breeding infrastructure.
- Manage cage and tunnel inventory while optimizing storage and resource utilization.
- Train and support Heavy Logistics teams on technical and operational best practices.
- Contribute to budget planning and efficient use of equipment and materials.
- Develop and maintain operational procedures, technical documentation, and monitoring records.

Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, preferably with specialization in Business Management and Agricultural Techniques.
- Or BTSA (Advanced Technician Certificate) in Animal Production or related technical field.
Experience & Skills
- Experience in technical operations, construction, infrastructure support, or heavy logistics.
- Experience in animal production, breeding environments, agronomy, or related operational environments is an advantage.
- Knowledge of construction methods, equipment, and Health & Safety standards.
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
- Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
- Experience in inventory management and technical documentation.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem solving skills.
- Organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with inventory or database systems is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; French, Arabic, or Russian is a plus.
