About the Role
Reneco International Wildlife Consultants seeks a Compliance Manager to ensure adherence to laws and regulations across multiple countries. The role requires 8+ years of compliance, audit, or risk management experience, fluency in English and Arabic, and knowledge of regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities
- Maintain an updated compliance register covering all countries of operation.
- Ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and sector specific requirements (financial, environmental, procurement, data protection, AML, workplace safety).
- Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve the Compliance Management System.
- Define governance structures, reporting processes, and risk management mechanisms to harmonize compliance practices across sites.
- Lead compliance reviews, issue reports highlighting findings and recommendations, and track corrective actions.
- Act as the focal point for interpreting and translating regulatory requirements into corporate policies.
- Provide advisory support to managers on compliance related issues and assist sites during inspections, audits, and certification processes.
- Develop and deliver training sessions on compliance policies, including anti bribery, AML, data protection, whistleblowing, and conflict of interest.
- Raise awareness of compliance culture and ethical conduct through campaigns and workshops.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Compliance, Internal Audit, Risk Management, or Legal Affairs
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, corporate governance, and compliance standards
- Experience working with regulators, auditors, or certification bodies
- Experience in compliance management systems and risk assessment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English & Arabic (spoken, written, and reading) is required
