- 3+ years of relevant work experience in a technical recruiting role
- Track record of sourcing and closing top tier software engineers across seniority spectrum
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and how engineering teams operate
- Ability to think on your feet and get things done
- Naturally curious and always learning

About You
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in a technical recruiting role with track record of sourcing and closing top tier software engineers
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and how engineering teams operate
- Exceptionally smart, gritty, and resourceful; ability to think on your feet and get things done
- Naturally curious and always learning; enjoy contributing ideas
- Steady, optimistic, and solution oriented in every situation
- Energized by ambiguous, complex challenges requiring good judgment and thoughtful problem solving
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: $90,000 $125,000
- Final salary determined by candidate's experience, knowledge, and skills
