About the role
Support industrial equipment projects across the GCC by translating customer process requirements into structured enquiries and proposals.
Work between customers, commercial teams, and international equipment manufacturers.
Focus on mixing, homogenisation, powder processing, milling, dosing, material handling, and related process technologies.
Work arrangement
- Full-time position based in Doha, Qatar.
- The role is onsite.
Key responsibilities
- Review customer process requirements and technical specifications.
- Collect and organise product, batch, throughput, particle-size, viscosity, temperature, and process-result information.
- Prepare technical enquiry packages and identify missing information before engineering evaluation.
- Coordinate technical clarifications among customers, manufacturers, and engineering teams.
- Support technical and commercial proposals, equipment comparisons, quotation reviews, and documentation reviews.
- Coordinate customer meetings and follow projects through evaluation, quotation, and commercial negotiation.
- Maintain records of project requirements, technical revisions, and customer feedback.
