About the Role
Support industrial projects involving powders, dry ingredients, and bulk materials across food, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and specialty ingredient applications.
Understand customer processes, collect technical requirements, and coordinate solutions with international equipment manufacturers and engineering partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate customer requirements involving powders, granules, and bulk solids.
- Support feeding, dosing, conveying, storage, transfer, and discharge system projects.
- Collect information on bulk density, particle size, flowability, moisture, capacity, and process conditions.
- Identify process bottlenecks and potential equipment improvements.
- Coordinate technical discussions among customers, manufacturers, and engineering teams.
- Prepare technical enquiries and commercial proposals.
- Evaluate equipment configurations with manufacturing partners.
- Participate in customer meetings and technical follow-up across GCC markets.
Requirements
- Degree or strong technical background in mechanical, chemical, process, or food engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience in powder handling, bulk solids, industrial equipment, process engineering, or technical sales is preferred.
