Role Summary
The Technical Project Manager is responsible for end to end delivery of complex technology programs within a regulated banking environment.
The role leads multi vendor and internal IT teams to deliver solutions across environments through successful go live, ensuring strong governance, risk management, and cross region alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end to end technology delivery across vendors, internal IT teams, environments, and production go live
- Support RFP and vendor selection activities, including technical inputs and delivery assessments
- Define and manage the IT delivery roadmap, milestones, and inter program dependencies
- Coordinate and govern multi vendor implementation teams
- Own IT risk management, environment readiness, cutover planning, and go live execution
- Drive delivery governance, including status reporting, issue tracking, and escalation
- Ensure alignment between UAE and Swiss technology stacks, standards, and controls
- Partner with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to ensure production readiness
Required Experience & Background
- Proven delivery experience on large scale banking IT programs
- Hands on experience with wealth or investment platform implementations
- Strong background in multi vendor delivery governance
- Solid understanding of infrastructure, environments, and release management
- Experience operating in regulated, enterprise scale IT environments
