Technical Program Manager - AI

7-10 years Information Technology experience, including a minimum of 5 years managing technical programs or delivery squads, ideally spanning data, analytics, machine learning or AI products taken through to production

Working fluency across the AI landscape, including generative AI, machine learning, agents and automation

Superior knowledge of Lean/Agile delivery methodologies, with a track record of running short, time-boxed experiment-to-production cycles

Familiarity with modern data and AI platforms and governance concepts

Strong communication skills, with the ability to prepare and tailor materials for diverse audiences ranging from Executive Leadership Teams to technical stakeholders

Ability to gather relevant information, liaise with key stakeholders, analyse issues from different perspectives, and propose workable solutions that meet end-user needs

Professional certifications in Project Management fields such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master, SAFe, Professional Scrum Master or PRINCE2 Practitioner will be highly regarded

Relevant Bachelor Degree in a related technology area such as Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science or Engineering
