About us

What began in 1910 as a small co-operative of just three pharmacies has grown into Wesfarmers Health—a leading Australian organisation in health, beauty, and wellness.

Today, Wesfarmers Health proudly employs over 3,600 team members, all committed to delivering accessible, innovative, and trusted health and beauty services to Australians nationwide, across retail, medi-aesthetics, digital health, and wholesale and supply chain operations.

6 months fixed term contract

Are you a master organiser who thrives on keeping senior leaders one step ahead? Wesfarmers Health is on the lookout for a proactive and highly skilled Executive Assistant to support our Chief Digital and Technology Officer along with their fast-paced team.

Key responsibilities include

  • Be the go-to contact for the Chief Digital & Technology Officer, acting as a trusted partner and sounding board
  • Own complex diaries, meetings, travel, events, and presentations — ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
  • Drive seamless team operations: invoices, expenses, workflows, onboarding, performance reviews, and more
  • Collaborate closely with other EAs across the business to keep the wider division running smoothly
  • This is not just diary management — it’s your chance to be the trusted right hand to a senior leader, helping them (and their team) deliver on their strategic goals. If you’re looking for a role where you’ll be relied upon, valued, and part of something bigger, this is it.

What you’ll bring

Proven experience supporting senior leaders

A sharp eye for detail, outstanding organisational skills, and the confidence to juggle competing priorities

Proven success in diary and travel management, event coordination, and executive-level support

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the agility to anticipate needs before they arise

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across teams

Absolute discretion when handling sensitive information

Bonus: exposure to the pharmaceutical or retail industry

Why us?

Ongoing professional development and career opportunities across the Wesfarmers Health Division and the broader Wesfarmers Group
