Role Overview

Join Electronic Arts’ Enterprise Intelligence organization, which develops data, AI, personalization, experimentation, analytics, and insights capabilities.

The AI Applications team builds and scales AI-driven products and capabilities for deeper insights, faster decisions, and data-informed outcomes.

Translate AI Applications strategy into execution across programs involving global teams in Austin and Hyderabad.

Report to the Director of Technical Program Management, Engineering Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end program execution, including scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, success measures, and delivery across AI Applications initiatives.
  • Establish Agile and program operating rhythms for distributed teams, including quarterly and sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog management.
  • Align strategic priorities, ownership, and delivery outcomes with AI Applications, Engineering Operations, Product Management, Enterprise Intelligence, and business stakeholders.
  • Lead capacity planning, resource allocation, OKRs, roadmap alignment, annual planning, quarterly planning, and leadership reporting across Austin and Hyderabad.
  • Manage budgets, resourcing plans, and external or vendor partnerships.
  • Track and mitigate risks and issues and provide transparent, proactive resolution.
  • Provide data-driven leadership updates on progress, risks, dependencies, tradeoffs, and recommendations.
  • Improve program delivery and team operating practices as AI Applications scales.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of technical program management experience supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones, including the United States and India.
  • Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and establishing planning and execution rhythms for technical teams.
  • Experience in data, AI/ML, analytics, or insights-driven organizations.
  • Experience managing capacity planning, budgets, and resourcing strategies.
  • Experience driving alignment across technical and business stakeholders and establishing scalable operating mechanisms.
  • Strong risk and issue management skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Workplace

  • This is a hybrid remote/in-office role.

Compensation

  • The stated pay ranges are CAD 114,300–156,200 for British Columbia and CAD 114,300–148,500 for Ontario.
  • Pay is one part of the overall compensation package, which may include benefits and incentive programs.
