Role Overview

Design and deliver foundational data services, pipelines, and analytics systems supporting critical infrastructure.

Build AI agents and LLM-powered workflows that automate data engineering operations and improve data quality.

Provide infrastructure visibility across hundreds of games and millions of gamers.

In Your Role

  • Collaborate with product, program, and project management to clarify features and priorities.
  • Build and maintain pipelines that ingest operational data and metrics from EA infrastructure.
  • Map data sources to physical and logical architectures for hosting and infrastructure insights.
  • Design and deploy agentic workflows for schema inference, pipeline scaffolding, anomaly triage, and incident summarization.
  • Integrate LLMs into operational tools for natural-language metric queries and automated root-cause analysis.
  • Build dashboards and visualizations that communicate infrastructure telemetry to engineering and leadership audiences.

Required Experience

  • Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra.
  • Experience with lakehouse architectures, Parquet, Iceberg, Avro, and OLAP stores or warehouses.
  • Experience with workflow or ETL platforms such as Airflow.
  • Experience with Python, Java, or Go and at least one public cloud provider.
  • Experience with LLMs and agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Google ADK.
  • Hands-on use of LLMs and agentic developer tools to accelerate software development and coding tasks.
  • Experience with visualization tools such as Looker, Streamlit, or Gradio.
  • B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent training.
