Role overview
The Compensation team manages core compensation programs and advises People Experience partners and business leaders.
The role designs and implements global compensation programs aligned with business strategy and talent philosophy.
The analyst partners with Compensation, HRIS, and People Experience teams and reports to the Senior Manager, Compensation Programs.
Workplace
- The role follows a hybrid schedule with three days per week in the Vancouver office.
Responsibilities
- Lead preparation and system readiness for annual and midyear salary, bonus, and long-term cash planning cycles.
- Lead market benchmarking, internal pay analyses, and compensation surveys across business areas.
- Advise HR and business leaders on compensation decisions and job evaluations.
- Support salary structures, incentive programs, pay-trend analysis, and adjustments aligned with frameworks.
- Oversee salary review cycles for assigned regions or functions and ensure regulatory and governance alignment.
- Develop leadership materials and improve compensation processes, reporting, tools, and operational efficiency.
- Lead compensation projects and implementations while ensuring data accuracy and process effectiveness.
