Role overview

Senior consulting Program Lead role based 100% onsite in Calgary.

Owns delivery across data governance, business case development, and asset management program work.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full business case workstream, including evidence planning, benefits and cost models, options analysis, final input pack, and transition plan.
  • Direct governance design across the charter, framework, and policies, with drafting support from a governance analyst.
  • Lead phase reviews, the year-end review, and the integrated plan relationship with Maximo program leadership.
  • Lead deliverable acceptance conversations and the consolidated-comments loop with named client acceptors.

Must-have qualifications

  • Approximately 15 or more years of experience at a senior consulting lead level.
  • End-to-end leadership of a data governance or data strategy program for a large asset-intensive or regulated business.
  • Experience as an accountable client-facing lead.
  • Experience writing an investment business case that withstands finance and executive review using measured evidence.
  • Ability to facilitate discussions among CIOs, program managers, enterprise architects, and maintenance leaders.

Preferred qualifications

  • Utility, transmission, or energy sector background, including knowledge of regulated funding cycles.
  • Working knowledge of asset data in Maximo and SAP environments.

Workplace

  • The role is 100% onsite in Calgary.
