Role Summary
Serve as the strategic advisor and technical leader for GitHub Enterprise adoption, Developer Experience, DevSecOps transformation, and AI-powered software engineering practices.
Partner with executive leadership to define and execute the enterprise developer platform strategy.
Advise senior business and technology stakeholders while driving modernization and secure software delivery.
Workplace and Experience
- The role is hybrid with three onsite days per week on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
- The posting requires 10 or more years of experience.

- Serve as the strategic advisor for GitHub Enterprise adoption across the organization.
- Provide technical leadership for Developer Experience initiatives.
- Lead DevSecOps transformation and AI-powered software engineering practices.
- Partner with executive leadership to define and execute enterprise developer platform strategy.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Drive modernization initiatives across the software engineering organization.
- Standardize engineering practices to improve consistency and efficiency.
