Role Overview
The Cloud Business Analyst serves as governance analyst and documentation lead for the Cloud First Program.
The role documents governance entities, defines inputs and outputs, models governance processes, and develops artefacts for operationalizing the governance framework.
The position is based in Montreal and requires on-site work five days per week from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Role overview
The Cloud Business Analyst serves as governance analyst and documentation lead for the Cloud First Program.
The role documents governance entities, defines inputs and outputs, models governance processes, and develops artefacts for operationalizing the governance framework.
The position is based in Montreal and requires on-site work five days per week from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Governance operating model
- Support the Program Management Team and Program Technical Lead in defining Cloud First governance entities.
- Document each entity’s purpose, scope, responsibilities, authority, decision rights, membership, and cadence.
- Maintain the governance catalogue and operating model.
Inputs, outputs, and processes
- Define and document inputs required by each governance entity.
- Define outputs, decisions, approvals, actions, and artefacts produced by each governance entity.
- Create interaction models showing information flows between governance bodies.
- Document process objectives, triggers, activities, approvals, decision points, and outcomes.
