Role Overview
The Business Systems Analyst – Data Integration role emphasizes technology, application, and solution analysis for business requirements.
The position is based in Toronto, Ontario.
Role Responsibilities
- Analyze technology, applications, and solutions in relation to business requirements.
- Create flowcharts and system, process, and data flow diagrams.
- Analyze flat file formats and perform data mapping.
- Research information to verify facts and support accurate documentation.
- Prepare Waterfall and software development lifecycle deliverables.
- Facilitate working sessions with stakeholders.
- Manage multiple priorities, work independently, and solve problems.
Required Experience and Skills
- 6-8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with technology, application, or solution analysis for business requirements.
- Experience with Visio flowcharting and system, process, and data flow diagramming.
- Good understanding of flat file formats and data mapping.
- Attention to detail and ability to research facts for accurate documentation.
- Experience with Waterfall, software development lifecycle practices, and related deliverables.
- Technical background and familiarity with Agile and JIRA.
