The Business Systems Analyst will connect business stakeholders and technology teams to design solutions for analytics, operations, management reporting, and CRM needs.
The role is focused on Salesforce and CRM systems, requirements analysis, solution design, data mapping, integration documentation, and production support.
Workplace
- This position is based in Toronto, Ontario, with a hybrid schedule requiring three days working from the office.
Duties
- Liaise with stakeholders and technology teams to understand objectives and design solutions aligned with business and regulatory needs.
- Elicit and document requirements through interviews, workshops, process analysis, business scenarios, and user stories.
- Collaborate on solution designs, source and target data requirements, data mappings, integrations, process flows, database requirements, and API mappings.
- Write PL/SQL queries for validation, troubleshooting, and test data setup.
- Provide back-office production support, investigate root causes, identify data quality issues, and coordinate technical resolution.
- Document high-level designs, system interactions, integration touchpoints, and end-to-end data flows.
Essential Skills
- Experience applying business analysis, systems analysis, and technology delivery practices across business functions.
- Experience working with CRM systems, the Salesforce platform, and the Salesforce object model.
