Technical Product Owner

Key Responsibilities

• Support product ideation and align product vision with stakeholders and ADCB objectives.
• Translate vision into roadmaps, value streams, metrics, themes, epics, and user stories.
• Manage operational, strategic, and agile metrics for squad value streams.
• Conduct competitor and customer research and use data and feedback to prioritize delivery.
• Maintain a prioritized Jira backlog and drive squads against objectives and key results.
• Coach squad members, provide feedback, and coordinate with Chapters, Centres of Excellence, Platforms, and other squads.
• Collaborate with users and stakeholders to define requirements and act as the main point of contact between teams.
• Manage and motivate the team and support change initiatives, programs, and projects.
• Follow organizational policies, procedures, and ADCB service standards.

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is mandatory.
• Technical product ownership experience managing delivery with internal and external technology teams.
• Banking experience is preferred, ideally in SME banking involving onboarding, payments, or lending.
• Experience managing functional and non-functional requirements and technical debt.
• Ability to manage end-to-end execution and dependencies as the primary execution contact.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification, or ITIL or equivalent certification.
• Collaboration, teamwork, multitasking, deadline management, planning, prioritization, stakeholder management, and numerical aptitude.
