Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Establish sales goals and strategies and forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales and revenue.
• Generate revenue through financial services sales and manage sales employee productivity.
• Supervise team activities to achieve targets, objectives, and business plan requirements.
• Implement departmental policies, processes, procedures, and systems.
• Lead team participation in change initiatives, programs, and projects.
• Apply service standards across internal and external customer interactions.

Experience and qualifications

• At least 7 years of relevant retail banking experience in a managerial role.
• Experience developing marketing and sales strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of global financial markets and trends.
• Understanding of retail banking products and services.
• Analytical skills for interpreting sales results and market trends.

Compensation

• Indicative pay range is AED 25,500 to AED 38,000 per month.
• Employees may participate in variable pay plans.
