Key Responsibilities
- Manage the treasury sales desk across the bank’s investment and risk management solutions in line with policy, regulations, commercial priorities, and risk appetite.
- Manage the Treasury Structured Solutions team across problem solving, structuring, execution, and account management.
- Develop and direct implementation of treasury product development and sales strategy to maximize profitability while managing risk.
- Support treasury sales standard operating procedures and oversee action-plan implementation for policy and regulatory compliance.
- Contribute client-specific input to treasury product development and structuring so products remain competitive and client-focused.
- Manage desk performance against financial, product, customer, and risk-based targets and take corrective action when needed.
- Oversee negotiation of trade prices with traders to support market-competitive pricing and profitability.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- At least 8 years of progressively responsible experience in banking sales.
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification.
- Banking product knowledge.
