About the Role
Octave is seeking a Technical Product Manager to define and build net-new solutions for industrial B2B software, focusing on AI/ML-powered products. You will lead product development from concept to launch, coordinate product teams, and grow the library of agents and domain knowledge.

- Define and build net new solutions: identify use cases, validate with prototypes, prioritize, and lead build end to end
- Build domain specific solutions with product teams
- Coordinate and enable product teams with templates, reference workflows, and shared practices
- Grow the library of agents, domain knowledge, and workflow patterns
- Make autonomy and safety calls for regulated, safety critical operations
- Feed the platform roadmap with requirements from solutions in progress
- Support commercialization with commercial product lead
- Equip delivery organization with reference workflows, templates, and domain knowledge
Requirements
- 8+ years in technical product management or product ownership role for industrial B2B software
- Experience building new products from concept to launch
- Experience defining and shipping AI or ML powered products at enterprise scale
- Domain expertise in one or more of Octave's core verticals: EPC/EPCM, energy & utilities owner operators, or public safety/infrastructure
- Shipped production AI to users including evaluation, quality, and safety work
- Technical depth to be a credible partner to engineering

- Domain expertise in one or more of Octave's core verticals: EPC/EPCM, energy & utilities owner operators, or public safety/infrastructure.
- Shipped production AI to users including evaluation, quality, and safety work.
- Use of AI tools and workflows for day to day technical product management tasks.
- Technical depth to be a credible partner to engineering.
- Can carry a technical narrative to customers and executives.
- Effective at getting teams to work together without managing them.
