About the Role
The Emirates Group seeks a Technical Product Manager to lead AI computer vision and robotics solutions. You will support product delivery, lead a team of Technical Product Owners, and collaborate with architecture and engineering teams.

Responsibilities
- Lead identification, evaluation, and delivery of AI computer vision and robotics solutions, translating business requirements into scalable products
- Collaborate with TPOs, peer groups, vendors, and IT stakeholder groups to deliver Program Increment Planning (PIs)
- Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and service management teams to ensure balanced backlogs
- Participate in Sprint demos and assist in preparation of system demos and Visual Release Notes
- Responsible for quality and integrity of data held in Product Catalogue for specific products
- Develop and mentor TPOs, supporting their professional development
- Drive partnership with applicable product vendors, ensuring timely feature/product upgrades
Requirements
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in Information Technology or relevant domain (Operations Research, Marketing, Science, Information Systems, e commerce)
- 8+ years of experience in Information Technology
- 3 5 years of practical experience as a Technical Product Manager or Product Owner focused on AI Computer Vision & Robotics
- Strong understanding of Computer Vision technologies including image and video analytics, object detection, recognition, tracking, and real time AI inference
- Knowledge of robotics ecosystems, autonomous systems, robotic process integration, sensors, edge computing, and human machine interaction principles
- Well versed in tools for technical product aspects of software delivery
- Strong communication skills at peer, line, and stakeholder levels
- Ability to lead by example using evidence, information, and data to empower people and lead changes

Job Purpose
- Join our Technical Product Management team, where we build effective technology products and services that our customers love.
- We offer a mix of B2B and B2C products and services in domains such as Digital, Airline and Airport Operations, Group Services, and Commercial.
- Support the delivery of technology products and solutions and ensure the effectiveness of all technology features aligned to the Product's vision and roadmap.
In this Role you will:
- Lead the identification, evaluation, and delivery of AI computer vision and robotics solutions, translating business and operational requirements into scalable products.
- Collaborate with TPOs, peer groups, vendors, and other IT stakeholder groups to deliver ongoing and future Program Increment Planning (PIs).
- Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and service management teams to ensure balanced backlogs.
- Participate in Sprint demos at the team level and assist in preparation of system demos and Visual Release Notes.

Qualification
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in Information Technology.
- 8+ Years Knowledge: Degree in a relevant domain, e.g. Operations Research, Marketing, Science, Information Systems, e commerce.
- 3 5 years of practical experience working as a Technical Product Manager or Product Owner focused on AI Computer Vision & Robotics.
