Responsibilities
- Collaborate with TPOs, peer groups, vendors, and IT stakeholders to deliver Program Increment Planning
- Lead a team of TPOs through collaboration, delegation, and empowerment
- Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and service management teams to balance backlogs
- Participate in Sprint demos and prepare system demos and Visual Release Notes
- Ensure quality and integrity of data in the Product Catalogue
- Develop and mentor TPOs, supporting their professional development
- Drive partnership with product vendors to ensure timely upgrades
- Own data and information product roadmap and ensure compliance with Enterprise Data & Analytics guidelines
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant domain
- Qualified in SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) or Agile Product Management (APM)
- 8+ years of total experience, 3 5 years of practical experience as a Technical Product Manager or Product Owner
- Well versed in tools for technical product aspects of software delivery
- Strong communication skills at peer, line, and stakeholder levels
- Proven experience in developing direct and indirect reports
- Demonstrated technical or domain expertise in Airline Engineering, MRO, or Digital Aircraft Operations

Job Purpose
- Support the delivery of technology products and solutions and ensure the effectiveness of all technology features aligned to the Product's vision and roadmap, while leading the lifecycle for designated technology products in the Airline Engineering, MRO, and Digital Aircraft Operations domain.
In this role you will
- Collaborate with TPOs, peer groups, vendors, and other IT stakeholder groups to deliver ongoing and future Program Increment Planning (PIs), utilizing business value, assessment of available capacity, and effectively sequencing and prioritizing backlogs.
- Lead a team of TPOs through collaboration, delegation, and empowerment to ensure effective delivery of our technology solutions.
- Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and service management teams to ensure the overall backlogs are balanced to provide a scalable, user experience optimized, stable, and performant technology product that continually meets business needs.
- Participate in Sprint demos at the team level and assist in the preparation of system demos and other varied levels of involvement across a suite of Demos and Visual Release Notes at the team level.
- Responsible for the quality and integrity of the data held in the Product Catalogue for your specific Product/s.
- Develop and mentor TPOs, supporting their professional development.
- Maintain the quality and integrity of the data held in the Product catalogue and features within the technical and team boundaries.
- Drive the partnership with applicable product vendors, ensuring timely feature/product upgrades, and maximising the product's efficiency and effectiveness.
- Own data and information product roadmap and ensure compliance with Enterprise Data & Analytics strategic guidelines.
Qualification
- Degree in a relevant domain, qualified in SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) or Agile Product Management (APM).
- 8+ years of total experience, 3 5 years of practical experience working as a Technical Product Manager or Product Owner.
- Well versed in the tools for the technical product aspects of software delivery.
- Strong communication skills at peer, line, and stakeholder levels.
- Proven experience in developing (including coaching and mentoring) direct and indirect reports.
- Demonstrated technical or domain expertise, utilising a depth and breadth of knowledge and practical experience within the specific domains or technical areas.
