- 3 8 years of experience in technical product management
- Experience in airline engineering, MRO, or digital aircraft operations domain
- Proven ability to lead and mentor technical product owners
- Strong understanding of Agile and SAFe methodologies

About the Role
- Emirates Group IT is looking for a Technical Product Manager to join the Technical Product Management team.
- The role focuses on building effective technology products and services in Airline Engineering, MRO, and Digital Aircraft Operations.
- The position involves leading a team of Technical Product Owners and ensuring alignment with product vision and roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with TPOs, peer groups, vendors, and IT stakeholders to deliver Program Increment Planning.
- Lead a team of TPOs through collaboration, delegation, and empowerment.
- Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and service management teams to balance backlogs.
- Ensure Technical Debt, NFRs, and System enablers are captured and cascaded.
- Participate in Sprint demos and assist in system demos and Visual Release Notes.
- Engage in PI demos via Inspect & Adapt workshops.
- Define methodology for analyzing target metrics post PI delivery.
- Develop and mentor TPOs.
- Contribute to TPM peer community for learning and development.
- Maintain quality and integrity of data in Product Catalogue.
- Drive partnership with product vendors.
- Own data and information product roadmap and ensure compliance with Enterprise Data & Analytics guidelines.
