Responsibilities
- Lead the identification, evaluation, and delivery of AI computer vision and robotics solutions
- Translate business and operational requirements into scalable products that improve automation, operational efficiency, safety, and customer experience
- Collaborate with TPOs, peer groups, vendors, and IT stakeholder groups to deliver Program Increment Planning
- Ensure backlogs are balanced to provide scalable, user experience optimized, stable, and performant technology products
- Ensure Technical Debt, NFRs, and System enablers are considered and cascaded to team backlogs
- Participate in Sprint demos and assist in preparation of system demos and Visual Release Notes
- Engage in preparation and delivery of PI demos to stakeholders
Requirements

Role Overview

- Support the delivery of technology products and solutions and ensure the effectiveness of all technology features aligned to the Product's vision and roadmap.
- Lead a team of Technical Product Owners (TPO) to understand, assess, and decompose prioritised initiatives into Technical Features within the engineering team backlogs, focusing on MVP.
In this Role you will
- Lead the identification, evaluation, and delivery of AI computer vision and robotics solutions, translating business and operational requirements into scalable products that improve automation, operational efficiency, safety, and customer experience while ensuring alignment with enterprise architect
- Collaborate with TPOs, peer groups, vendors, and other IT stakeholder groups to deliver ongoing and future Program Increment Planning (PIs), utilizing business value, assessment of available capacity, and effectively sequencing and prioritizing backlogs.
- Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and service management teams to ensure the overall backlogs are balanced to provide a scalable, user experience optimized, stable, and performant technology product that continually meets business needs.
- Ensure Technical Debt, NFRs (Non Functional Requirements), and System enablers are considered, captured, and cascaded to team backlogs.
- Participate in Sprint demos at the team level and assist in the preparation of system demos and other varied levels of involvement across a suite of Demos and Visual Release Notes at the team level.
- Engage in the preparation and delivery of PI demos to the stakeholder group.
