About the Role
Emirates is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the delivery of AI computer vision and robotics solutions. You will translate business requirements into scalable products, collaborate with technical product owners and engineering teams, and drive product vision.

Responsibilities
- Lead the identification, evaluation, and delivery of AI computer vision and robotics solutions, translating business and operational requirements into scalable products that improve automation, operational efficiency, safety, and customer experience
- Collaborate with TPOs, peer groups, vendors, and other IT stakeholder groups to deliver ongoing and future Program Increment Planning (PIs), utilizing business value, assessment of available capacity, and effectively sequencing and prioritizing backlogs
- Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and service management teams to ensure the overall backlogs are balanced to provide a scalable, user experience optimized, stable, and performant technology product
- Participate in Sprint demos at the team level and assist in the preparation of system demos and other varied levels of involvement across a suite of Demos and Visual Release Notes at the team level
- Responsible for the quality and integrity of the data held in the Product Catalogue for your specific Product/s
- Develop and mentor TPOs, supporting their professional development
- Drive the partnership with applicable product vendors, ensuring timely feature/product upgrades, and maximising the product's efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in Information Technology or relevant domain (Operations Research, Marketing, Science, Information Systems, e commerce)
- 8+ years of knowledge/experience in relevant domain
- 3 5 years of practical experience working as a Technical Product Manager or Product Owner focused on AI Computer Vision & Robotics
- Well versed in the tools for the technical product aspects of software delivery
- Strong communication skills at peer, line, and stakeholder levels
- Ability to lead by example using evidence, information, and data to empower people and lead changes
- Strong understanding of Computer Vision technologies, including image and video analytics, object detection, recognition, tracking, and real time AI inference
- Knowledge of robotics ecosystems, autonomous systems, robotic process integration, sensors, edge computing, and human machine interaction principles

Qualification
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) Experience: Information Technology.
- Other 8+ Years Knowledge: Degree in a relevant domain, e.g. Operations Research, Marketing, Science, Information Systems, e commerce.
- 3 5 years of practical experience working as a Technical Product Manager or Product Owner Knowledge/skills focused on AI Computer Vision & Robotics.
- Well versed in the tools for the technical product aspects of software delivery.
- Strong communication skills at peer, line, and stakeholder levels.
- Ability to lead by example using evidence, information, and data to empower people and lead changes.
- Demonstrated technical or domain expertise, utilising a depth and breadth of knowledge and practical experience within the areas below: Strong understanding of Computer Vision technologies, including image and video analytics, object detection, recognition, tracking, and real time AI inference.
