About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day to day operations of integrated facilities management (IFM) contracts
- Supervise ad hoc and project works, including MEP, civil, and minor works
- Oversee planning and execution of fit out and interior decor projects as per client specs
- Monitor team performance, subcontractor execution, and cost control
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular updates, reviews, and support
- Handle site inspections, quality control, safety compliance, and snagging/handovers
- Coordinate with procurement, project engineers, and finance for seamless execution
- Ensure adherence to SLAs/KPIs and minimize operational downtime
- Prepare project reports, operational dashboards, and client presentations
- Represent the company during meetings with consultants, landlords, and stakeholders
Requirements
- 7 10 years of experience in UAE within Integrated Facilities Management and Technical Contracting
- Proven track record in managing MEP, civil, ad hoc works, and complete TFM service delivery
- In depth knowledge of fit out works, décor works, and project execution under tight deadlines
- Excellent project planning, execution, and resource management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering or related technical discipline preferred
- Multilingual candidates preferred; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage

About The Role
