Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary account holder for key clients across all LYNX business units
- Ensure end to end management of client deliverables, SLAs, and feedback loops
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to align expectations and execution
- Track account performance, generate periodic reports, and identify upsell opportunities
- Lead client review meetings, presentations, and performance updates
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and senior leadership for contract renewals and new proposals
- Manage customer escalations and follow up on issue resolutions proactively
- Contribute to improving internal processes that enhance client experience
Requirements
- 5–7 years of hands on experience in account management, preferably across multiple business verticals
- Proven ability to manage client relationships, contracts, and deliverables end to end
- Background in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Contracting, or Trading is preferred
- Strong understanding of B2B service operations and client reporting
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM tools, and financial documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Must be based in UAE or have deep familiarity with the UAE business environment

About The Role
- We are seeking an experienced and versatile Account Manager to serve as the central point of contact for all client accounts across our group activities, including facility management, real estate services, and global trading.
- This is a strategic client facing role that requires excellent communication, coordination, and project oversight skills.
- You will manage day to day client interactions, ensure service delivery across departments, resolve issues promptly, and work with cross functional teams to maintain high satisfaction levels.
