- Support the Technical Operations Manager in execution and tracking of projects.
- Handle day to day site supervision, team coordination, and work progress reporting.
- Ensure quality control, snag closure, and timely handover of minor projects.
- Assist in preparing project reports, BOQ reviews, and vendor coordination.
- Attend client meetings, provide updates, and resolve operational challenges.
- Manage subcontractors and technicians to meet performance KPIs.
- Review technical drawings, coordinate material deliveries, and conduct inspections.
- Maintain HSE standards and ensure site documentation is complete.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in UAE in technical operations, project execution, or facility management
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, civil works, and fit out execution
- Ability to manage minor to mid size technical projects independently with minimal supervision
- Hands on knowledge of snagging, site supervision, vendor coordination, and client updates
- Proficient in MS Office, basic AutoCAD/technical drawings, and project tracking tools
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering is preferred

About The Role
- We are hiring a Technical Engineer / Operations Engineer to support our Technical Operations Manager in day to day project and maintenance activities across various sites in the UAE.
- The ideal candidate will be a hands on engineer who can handle assigned tasks independently, supervise teams on site, and ensure timely delivery of works.
- You will play a critical role in executing site operations, managing subcontractors, liaising with clients, and delivering quality work across MEP, fit out, and ad hoc projects.
- This position is ideal for someone who is technically strong, committed, and looking to grow into a senior operations role.
Key Responsibilities

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering is preferred
