Technical Manager – Engineering Projects

Manage and oversee FF&E, office furniture, and interior fit-out technical activities across projects.

Responsibilities

  • Review and approve technical and execution drawings for office furniture and interior fit-out works.
  • Prepare and review Shop Drawings, Joinery Details, and technical details.
  • Coordinate with Architectural and Interior Design teams to ensure design and technical integration.
  • Supervise furniture factory production and monitor quality throughout manufacturing stages.
  • Review and approve materials, finishes, wood, metal, upholstery, and other furniture components.
  • Coordinate with furniture manufacturers, suppliers, and vendors to ensure compliance with approved specifications.
  • Monitor FF&E installation on-site and ensure accurate execution in accordance with approved drawings.
  • Coordinate FF&E elements with MEP systems within interior spaces.
  • Review quantities, technical specifications, and material requirements before execution.
  • Manage technical changes and minimize their impact on project quality and schedule.
  • Provide technical support to resolve furniture and interior fit-out challenges.
  • Participate in snagging, inspection, and handover activities and ensure quality of final finishes.

Requirements

  • Experience in reviewing and approving technical and execution drawings for office furniture and interior fit-out works.
  • Ability to prepare and review Shop Drawings, Joinery Details, and technical details.
