Role Overview
The Technical Manager will oversee and coordinate all technical aspects of a roads and bridges project.
The role serves as the key technical authority for design, construction, and supervision compliance.
The position requires highway or bridge engineering expertise, leadership, multidisciplinary coordination, and technical issue resolution.
Technical Leadership
- Lead and coordinate technical activities among the supervision team, design consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Review and approve technical submittals, drawings, and design changes for compliance with project requirements.
- Provide expert advice on complex engineering issues related to roads, bridges, and associated infrastructure.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical queries and non-conformance reports.
