Role Overview
Lead and manage the Technical Facilities program for a national infrastructure program from site acquisition through construction and handover.
Act as the Client's Owner's Engineer, governing and assuring EPC contractors, OEMs, and specialist vendors rather than self-performing.
Ensure civil, mechanical, and electrical works meet approved designs, schedules, and quality gates.

Position Objective
Lead and manage the Technical Facilities program for a national infrastructure program from site acquisition through construction and handover.
Act as the Client's Owner's Engineer, governing and assuring EPC contractors, OEMs, and specialist vendors rather than self-performing.
Ensure civil, mechanical, and electrical works meet approved designs, schedules, and quality gates.
Program Delivery
- Govern CME facilities delivery and oversee EPC contractors, OEMs, and specialist vendors on behalf of the Client.
- Lead design assurance, procurement support, construction oversight, and handover.
- Maintain the project baseline and assess design changes through formal change control.
- Break CME scope into work orders, milestones, and dependencies and maintain the implementation plan using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Direct Senior Project Managers, Site Managers, and CME Project Managers.
Technical and Commercial Coordination
- Provide technical input to EPC, OEM, and vendor bids and onboarding in support of Client procurement activities.
- Govern the design-to-construction interface across civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.
