The Chief Technical Office supports value engineering, site problem-solving, and precise project execution.
Role Overview
The Technical Engineer reviews electrical drawings, specifications, and BOQs for construction projects.
The role coordinates with consultants, clients, and site teams to resolve technical issues and meet project requirements.
Engineering Responsibilities
- Lead engineering processes for electrical and ELV systems.
- Review IFC designs against authority compliance requirements.
- Manage 10 to 15 draftsmen producing shop drawings and as-built drawings.
- Prepare engineering calculations, material submittals, engineering drawings, and DEWA submissions.
- Coordinate with mechanical, civil, architectural, and structural engineering teams.
- Develop detailed electrical and ELV drawings and equipment control philosophies.
- Provide technical support from design through execution and handover.
